Apprentice Training Program
All Dolled Up Salons and Stores is dedicated to creating an educational environment where each team member is embraced for his or her individualism. The Assistant Training Program (ATP) has been designed for the assistant, as well as for the current team to commit to one another during the career development process. The ADU/ATP partnership is a nurturing educational experience, a place for growth and creative experimentation. Each assistant is required to focus on precision, techniques, and structure while also being open to coaching, challenges, and knowledge expansion. We, the ADU educators, are dedicated to this mission statement, believing wholeheartedly that it works without fail.
APPRENTICE TRAINING PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have valid State of Florida Cosmetology License
- Must have graduated from an accredited cosmetology school within the past 2 years
- Must be exciting, energetic, ambitious and people oriented
- Must be able up to 40 hours per week including weekends
- Must be able to travel
Internship Program
Are you currently enrolled in a cosmetology program full or part-time? Want to work in a motivating and exciting industry while completing your cosmetology licensure program? We are constantly looking for new professionals to participate in the beauty industry. Our interns get to experience the real Salon Life as well as participate in industry activities like fashion shows, hair shows, photo shoots and traveling all in a learning and nurturing environment.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be enrolled in accredited Cosmetology School either full or part time
- Must be available for 8-16 hours/week
- Must be computer and social media savvy
- Must be excited and passionate about the beauty industry
- Must display exceptional academic and clinical performance through duration
Advanced Education
ADU School of Cosmetology has embraced developing future entrepreneurs in the beauty industry. Our calendar of advanced education covers the most important parts of the career development process. Leading educators from around the country frequent ADU from brands like Paul Mitchell, Design Essentials, Aveda, Goldwell, P Element, Influence, Dudley and more. Educators like Faye Bailey, Patric Bradley, Thierry Baptiste and more have committed to yearly advanced educationals covering color, natural hair, extensions, texture, business and more.
